Legacy Credit Lift provides credit education, credit-report analysis, strategic planning, consultation, and related support services.
Depending on the service requested, additional written agreements, disclosures, authorizations, and cancellation notices may apply.

By using the website or submitting an order, you represent that:
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You are submitting your own information or are legally authorized to act for the person whose information is submitted
You have the right to provide any uploaded document
Your use of the website complies with applicable law
You will not use the website or its services for fraud, identity theft, misrepresentation, or another unlawful purpose

3. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
The website may describe:
Credit-report concepts
Credit-improvement processes
Common report issues
Consultation options
The Credit Blueprint
General planning considerations
Customer experiences
Third-party services and resources
Website content is not individualized advice unless Legacy Credit Lift expressly identifies it as part of a purchased or separately agreed service.
Information may become outdated, incomplete, or inapplicable to a particular situation. You should not make a major financial, legal, tax, lending, housing, or credit decision solely from general website content.
4. THE LEGACY CREDIT BLUEPRINT
The Legacy Credit Blueprint is a one-time analysis and strategic action plan prepared from information and a credit-report PDF supplied by the customer.
It is separate from an ongoing monthly credit-improvement service.
Unless expressly stated in writing, a Credit Blueprint does not include:
Ongoing monthly service
Automatic disputes
Unlimited future report reviews
Communications with creditors, collectors, or credit bureaus
Legal representation
Debt settlement
Loan or mortgage approval
Credit monitoring
A new credit report
A guarantee that any account will be changed, deleted, updated, or removed
A guarantee of a specific credit score
A guarantee of credit, housing, employment, insurance, or loan approval
The Blueprint may identify priorities, risks, report inconsistencies, educational considerations, and possible next steps based on the information available at the time of review.
5. CREDIT-REPORT REQUIREMENTS
To prepare a Credit Blueprint, you must provide a readable and sufficiently complete credit report in the format requested during intake.
The requested report should generally:
Include information from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
Be provided as a PDF
Be current enough to support meaningful analysis
Include the account-level details necessary for review
Belong to the customer placing the order
Be obtained lawfully
Screenshots, single-bureau reports, incomplete reports, unreadable files, password-protected files, or outdated reports may not be sufficient.
Legacy Credit Lift may request:
A corrected file
A more current report
Missing pages
Clarification of intake answers
Confirmation of identity or ownership
Additional information reasonably necessary to complete the requested analysis
Do not alter a credit report or remove information in a way that makes the report misleading or unusable.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
Providing truthful and accurate information
Reviewing information before submission
Supplying a complete and readable report
Monitoring the email address and phone number submitted
Responding to reasonable requests for clarification
Reviewing the delivered Blueprint
Making your own decisions about any recommended action
Obtaining legal, tax, financial, lending, or other professional advice when appropriate
Protecting copies of sensitive documents
Informing Legacy Credit Lift promptly if you believe information was submitted without authorization
Legacy Credit Lift may rely on the information you provide and is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, altered, or misleading information.
7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an intake form or payment does not automatically require Legacy Credit Lift to accept or complete an order.
An order may be declined, delayed, or canceled when:
The submitted report is incomplete or unusable
The information appears fraudulent or unauthorized
The service is unavailable in the customer’s jurisdiction
Required information is not provided
A technical or pricing error occurred
The order presents an unreasonable security, legal, or compliance risk
Legacy Credit Lift cannot provide the service responsibly
The customer violates these Terms
If Legacy Credit Lift declines an order before providing the purchased service, any amount collected for that unprovided service will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to processing times outside Legacy Credit Lift’s control.
8. PRICING AND PAYMENT
The current price and applicable discounts for a Credit Blueprint or another paid product will be displayed before payment is submitted.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor.
By submitting payment, you authorize the payment processor to charge the displayed amount using the selected payment method.
Legacy Credit Lift may receive:
Payment status
Customer contact information
Amount paid
Promotion-code information
Transaction identifiers
Refund information
Payment-dispute information
Legacy Credit Lift does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.
Unless clearly identified otherwise, the Credit Blueprint is a one-time purchase and does not create a recurring Legacy Credit Lift subscription.
A separate third-party credit-monitoring provider may charge recurring fees under its own terms. Legacy Credit Lift does not control those charges.
9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation, refund, rescission, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Cancellation and refund rights may depend on:
The service purchased
The customer’s state
Applicable federal or state law
Whether work has begun
Whether the service has been completed or delivered
The terms of a separate written customer agreement
Any cancellation notice provided with that agreement
When a separate contract, statutory disclosure, or Notice of Cancellation applies, that document controls.
To request cancellation or a refund, contact:
Include:
Your legal name
The email address used for the order
The order or payment date
A clear explanation of the request
Legacy Credit Lift may request additional information to verify the requester and locate the transaction.
If Legacy Credit Lift cannot provide an accepted paid service, Legacy Credit Lift will issue an appropriate refund for the unprovided service.
Refund timing may depend on Stripe, the customer’s bank, and the original payment method.
10. DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION
The Credit Blueprint is delivered electronically unless another delivery method is expressly agreed to in writing.
Delivery may occur through:
Email
A secure document link
Another approved electronic method
Any estimated completion timeframe displayed during checkout, stated in an order confirmation, or provided in a separate agreement is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guaranteed deadline.
Completion may be delayed when:
The report is incomplete or unreadable
Updated information is needed
The customer does not respond
The report provider experiences an issue
A technical, security, or service-provider disruption occurs
Additional review is reasonably necessary
Legacy Credit Lift will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam, junk, and filtered folders.

You must not submit or encourage the submission of information that is false, deceptive, altered, or misleading.
Legacy Credit Lift does not advise customers to:

Misrepresent identity theft
Submit false police or government reports
Conceal accurate credit history
Make false statements to a credit bureau, creditor, collector, lender, or government agency

Legacy Credit Lift may receive compensation when a visitor enrolls in or purchases a third-party service through an affiliate link.
Using an affiliate provider is optional.
You may obtain an acceptable credit report from another provider, and your choice of provider will not affect the preparation of a Credit Blueprint as long as the submitted report meets the stated requirements.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Credit Lift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from general website use, third-party services, or reliance on non-individualized website information.
