Affiliate Disclosure

Effective Date: July 25, 2026 · Last Updated: July 25, 2026

LEGAL & TRANSPARENCY

Legacy Credit Lift believes customers should understand when the company may receive compensation from a third-party recommendation.

This Affiliate Disclosure explains how affiliate and referral relationships may work on legacycreditlift.com and in related Legacy Credit Lift communications.

Please review this disclosure together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Disclaimer.

1. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL LINKS

Some links provided by Legacy Credit Lift may be affiliate or referral links.

When you click one of these links and enroll in, purchase, or maintain a third-party product or service, Legacy Credit Lift may receive compensation from the third-party provider.

Compensation may include:

  • A one-time referral commission

  • An enrollment commission

  • An ongoing commission while a customer maintains a qualifying subscription

  • Another form of referral compensation offered by the provider

The exact amount or structure of compensation may depend on the third party’s current affiliate-program terms.

2. CREDIT HERO SCORE RELATIONSHIP

Legacy Credit Lift currently provides an optional affiliate link to Credit Hero Score.

Credit Hero Score is a third-party credit-monitoring and credit-report provider.

Legacy Credit Lift may receive compensation when a customer enrolls through the Legacy Credit Lift affiliate link. Depending on the provider’s affiliate terms, Legacy Credit Lift may also receive ongoing compensation while a qualifying customer subscription remains active.

Credit Hero Score operates independently from Legacy Credit Lift.

Legacy Credit Lift does not own or control Credit Hero Score and is not responsible for its:

  • Website

  • Enrollment process

  • Prices

  • Trial offers

  • Monthly subscription charges

  • Credit-monitoring services

  • Credit reports

  • Credit scores

  • Billing practices

  • Cancellation procedures

  • Refund decisions

  • Customer support

  • Privacy practices

  • Security practices

  • Terms of service

  • Service availability

Review Credit Hero Score’s current pricing, trial terms, recurring charges, cancellation procedures, privacy policy, and terms before enrolling.

3. USE OF AN AFFILIATE PROVIDER IS OPTIONAL

You are not required to use Credit Hero Score or any other affiliate provider recommended by Legacy Credit Lift.

You may obtain a complete and sufficiently current three-bureau credit report from another provider.

Your decision to use or not use an affiliate provider will not:

  • Affect whether Legacy Credit Lift accepts an otherwise qualifying Credit Blueprint order

  • Affect the quality or scope of your Credit Blueprint

  • Change how your submitted report is reviewed

  • Change the recommendations provided

  • Affect your eligibility for consultation

  • Result in different treatment by Legacy Credit Lift

The report must still meet the Credit Blueprint’s stated report requirements.

4. THIRD-PARTY SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CHARGES

An affiliate provider may offer:

  • A trial period

  • An introductory price

  • A one-time charge

  • A recurring monthly subscription

  • Credit monitoring

  • Identity-protection services

  • Other optional products

A trial or introductory offer may automatically convert into a recurring paid subscription under the provider’s terms.

Any recurring charge from Credit Hero Score or another third party is separate from the one-time Legacy Credit Blueprint purchase.

Legacy Credit Lift does not:

  • Set the third party’s subscription price

  • Collect the third party’s subscription payment

  • Control renewal dates

  • Process third-party cancellations

  • Issue third-party refunds

  • Cancel a customer’s third-party account

  • Guarantee that a third-party trial remains available

  • Control changes to the provider’s service or pricing

Customers are responsible for reviewing and managing their third-party subscriptions directly with the applicable provider.

5. COMPENSATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Affiliate compensation may create a financial relationship between Legacy Credit Lift and the third-party provider.

Legacy Credit Lift discloses this relationship so customers can consider it when evaluating a recommendation.

Legacy Credit Lift aims to recommend a provider only when the provider may offer a report or service relevant to the customer’s stated needs.

However:

  • An affiliate recommendation is not a guarantee of quality

  • An affiliate product may not be appropriate for every person

  • The provider’s services may change

  • The provider may experience errors or interruptions

  • The provider’s report may differ from a report or score used by a lender

  • Compensation does not make Legacy Credit Lift responsible for the provider’s conduct

Customers should independently evaluate whether a third-party service is appropriate.

6. CREDIT SCORES AND REPORTS MAY DIFFER

Credit scores and reports provided by a monitoring platform may differ from those used by:

  • Mortgage lenders

  • Auto lenders

  • Credit-card issuers

  • Landlords

  • Insurers

  • Employers

  • Other decision-makers

Differences may result from:

  • The credit bureau used

  • The scoring model used

  • The version of a scoring model

  • The date information was updated

  • The type of credit product

  • The information available to the decision-maker

Legacy Credit Lift does not guarantee that a score displayed by an affiliate provider will match a score used by another company.

7. DISCLOSURES NEAR AFFILIATE LINKS

When Legacy Credit Lift presents an affiliate recommendation or affiliate link, it intends to provide a clear disclosure near that recommendation.

A nearby disclosure may state substantially:

“Legacy Credit Lift may receive compensation if you enroll through this link. You are not required to use Credit Hero Score, and your choice of report provider will not affect your Credit Blueprint.”

When applicable, a separate notice should also explain that the third-party provider may charge a recurring membership fee under its own terms.

The nearby disclosure is intended to help customers understand the financial relationship before clicking the link.

8. OTHER AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS

Legacy Credit Lift may add, remove, or change third-party affiliate relationships in the future.

When another affiliate relationship is used, Legacy Credit Lift intends to:

  • Clearly identify that compensation may be received

  • Place the disclosure reasonably near the applicable recommendation or link

  • Avoid implying that use of the provider is mandatory when it is not

  • Avoid guaranteeing the provider’s products or results

  • Update this Affiliate Disclosure when the overall practices materially change

The presence of a third-party link does not necessarily mean it is an affiliate link.

9. NO ADDITIONAL LEGACY CREDIT LIFT CHARGE

Using an affiliate link generally does not create an additional charge from Legacy Credit Lift.

However, the third-party provider may charge its own disclosed price, subscription fee, renewal charge, or other amount.

Legacy Credit Lift cannot guarantee that the third party’s affiliate-link price is:

  • The lowest available price

  • A discounted price

  • Better than another offer

  • Permanently available

  • Identical to pricing shown through another enrollment channel

Review the total cost directly with the provider before enrolling.

10. PRIVACY AND TRACKING

Affiliate links may include referral codes, tracking parameters, cookies, or similar technology used to attribute an enrollment or purchase to Legacy Credit Lift.

When you use an affiliate link, the third-party provider may collect information according to its own privacy policy.

Legacy Credit Lift may receive limited referral information, such as:

  • Whether an affiliate link was used

  • Whether an eligible enrollment occurred

  • Whether a commission was earned

  • Limited reporting or transaction information supplied by the provider

Legacy Credit Lift does not receive a customer’s complete payment-card information from Credit Hero Score merely because the customer uses the affiliate link.

11. NO GUARANTEE OR ENDORSEMENT OF ALL PROVIDER CLAIMS

An affiliate relationship does not mean Legacy Credit Lift adopts, verifies, or guarantees every statement made by the third-party provider.

Legacy Credit Lift does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of every report

  • Accuracy of every score

  • Continuous monitoring

  • Identity-theft prevention

  • Detection of every credit-file change

  • Suitability for every customer

  • Customer-service response times

  • Subscription cancellation results

  • Refund eligibility

  • A particular credit outcome

Questions about a provider’s product should be directed to the provider.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Before enrolling with an affiliate provider, customers should review:

  • The product description

  • The total initial price

  • Trial-period terms

  • Recurring subscription charges

  • Renewal frequency

  • Cancellation procedures

  • Refund terms

  • Privacy practices

  • Information-security practices

  • Customer-support options

Customers are responsible for monitoring and canceling third-party subscriptions they no longer wish to maintain.

Legacy Credit Lift cannot cancel an independently created third-party membership on the customer’s behalf unless the provider expressly authorizes that process.

13. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLOSURE

Legacy Credit Lift may update this Affiliate Disclosure when:

  • An affiliate relationship changes

  • A provider is added or removed

  • Compensation practices change

  • Website features change

  • Applicable guidance or legal obligations change

  • Additional clarification becomes appropriate

The revised disclosure will be posted on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date.
