This Disclaimer explains important limitations concerning the information, consultations, Credit Blueprint, communications, third-party resources, and other services made available by Legacy Credit Lift.
Please read this Disclaimer together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any separate customer agreement or disclosure that applies to a particular service.

Credit scores
Credit utilization
Payment history
Collections

Public records
Identity-theft concerns
Credit-report disputes
Consumer rights
Financial readiness
Lending considerations
Common credit-improvement strategies
General website information is not individualized legal, financial, tax, accounting, lending, housing, employment, insurance, or investment advice.
The usefulness of information depends on the facts, timing, jurisdiction, documents, and goals involved in a particular situation.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP
Using the website, reading educational content, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling a consultation does not create:
An attorney-client relationship
A fiduciary relationship
A lender-borrower relationship
A mortgage brokerage relationship
A tax-advisory relationship
An accounting relationship
A financial-planning relationship
A consumer-reporting-agency relationship
A government or regulatory relationship
Legacy Credit Lift is not a law firm, lender, bank, mortgage broker, mortgage lender, credit bureau, consumer reporting agency, debt-settlement company, tax firm, accounting firm, or government agency.
Consult an appropriately licensed professional before making a major legal, financial, tax, lending, housing, insurance, or investment decision.
3. CREDIT REPORT INFORMATION
A credit report is a snapshot of information reported as of a particular date.
Information may change after the report is generated because of:
New payments
New balances
Account updates
Creditor reporting
Collection activity
New inquiries
New accounts
Dispute results
Identity-theft corrections
Credit-bureau processing
Other changes in the consumer’s credit file
Legacy Credit Lift generally relies on the report and information supplied by the customer.
Legacy Credit Lift does not independently guarantee that a submitted report is:
Complete
Current
Accurate
Authentic
Free from omissions
Free from duplicated information
Identical to information used by a lender
A recommendation based on one report may no longer apply after the report changes.
4. CREDIT SCORE LIMITATIONS
A consumer may have multiple credit scores.
Scores may differ because of:
Different scoring models
Different versions of the same scoring model
Different credit bureaus
Different dates
Different account information
Different lending products
Different lender requirements
A score obtained from a credit-monitoring platform or consumer website may differ from the score used by a mortgage lender, auto lender, credit-card issuer, landlord, insurer, employer, or another decision-maker.
Legacy Credit Lift does not create, calculate, certify, or issue official credit scores.
Any score shown, discussed, estimated, or included in submitted material should not be interpreted as the exact score another company will use.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Legacy Credit Lift does not guarantee:
A specific credit-score increase
Removal of a particular account
Deletion of an inquiry
Correction of a particular item
A particular response from a credit bureau
A particular response from a creditor, collector, or furnisher
Approval for a loan or mortgage
Approval for housing
Approval for employment
Approval for insurance
A particular credit limit
A particular interest rate
A particular loan term
Results within a particular timeframe
That every recommendation will produce a favorable result
That a customer will reach a stated goal by a target date
Credit outcomes depend on many factors outside Legacy Credit Lift’s control.
These factors may include:
The accuracy of the submitted report
Credit-bureau procedures
Creditor and furnisher responses
Consumer payment behavior
Debt balances
Credit utilization
New applications
Account age
Account mix
Public records
Identity-theft documentation
Lender underwriting standards
Scoring-model differences
Market conditions
Changes occurring after the report date
No statement on the website should be interpreted as a promise, warranty, or guarantee of a particular outcome.
6. ACCURATE NEGATIVE INFORMATION
Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be lawfully removed merely because it is unfavorable.
Legacy Credit Lift does not promise to remove accurate information.
Legacy Credit Lift does not advise anyone to:
Submit a dispute they know is false
Misrepresent identity theft
Create a false identity
Use a false Social Security number
Use a credit privacy number as a substitute for a Social Security number
Alter supporting records
Submit a false police report
Make a false statement to a creditor, collector, lender, credit bureau, or government agency
Conceal accurate credit history
Engage in fraud or deceptive conduct
A customer is responsible for ensuring that any statement, dispute, declaration, or supporting document submitted in the customer’s name is truthful and accurate.
7. CONSUMER DISPUTE RIGHTS
Consumers generally have the right to dispute information they believe is inaccurate or incomplete directly with the applicable consumer reporting agency and the company that supplied the information.
A consumer may exercise these rights without hiring Legacy Credit Lift.
Legacy Credit Lift has no special power to require a credit bureau, creditor, collector, furnisher, lender, or government agency to change or remove information.
When individualized assistance is provided, it does not eliminate the customer’s responsibility to review the information and confirm that all factual statements are truthful.
8. LEGACY CREDIT BLUEPRINT LIMITATIONS
The Legacy Credit Blueprint is a one-time analysis and strategic action plan based primarily on the credit report and intake information supplied by the customer.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, a Credit Blueprint does not include:
Ongoing monthly service
Automatic disputes
Legal representation
Debt settlement
Credit monitoring
Continuous report updates
Unlimited future reviews
Communications with credit bureaus
Communications with creditors or collectors
A new credit report
A lender underwriting decision
Loan or mortgage approval

A guaranteed deletion or correction
The Credit Blueprint may identify:
Report priorities
Potential inconsistencies
Areas requiring verification
Utilization considerations
Payment-history concerns
Account-level risks
Possible next steps
General educational strategies
An item identified for review is not automatically inaccurate, unlawful, obsolete, fraudulent, or removable.
A recommendation is not a command or guarantee. Customers remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act.
9. ONGOING CREDIT-IMPROVEMENT SERVICES
Any ongoing service is separate from the one-time Credit Blueprint.
The exact services, duration, price, payment timing, cancellation rights, customer duties, and limitations of an ongoing service must be stated in the applicable written agreement and required disclosures.
General website descriptions do not replace those documents.
Availability of ongoing services may depend on:
The customer’s state
Applicable laws
Registration or licensing requirements
Operational capacity
Completion of required disclosures
Execution of a written agreement
Satisfaction of intake requirements
Legacy Credit Lift may decline or delay a service when it cannot responsibly or lawfully provide it.
10. NO LENDING OR MORTGAGE APPROVAL
Legacy Credit Lift does not make credit, loan, housing, employment, insurance, or underwriting decisions.
Only the applicable lender, creditor, landlord, employer, insurer, government program, or other decision-maker can determine eligibility.
A lender or other decision-maker may consider information beyond a credit report or score, including:
Income
Employment
Assets
Reserves
Debt-to-income ratio
Collateral
Down payment
Payment history
Housing history
Bank statements
Tax returns
Identity verification
Property requirements
Program guidelines
Internal risk standards
A credit goal or estimated readiness timeframe is not a preapproval, approval, commitment to lend, or guarantee of eligibility.
11. NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE
Credit-report issues may involve legal questions concerning:
Identity theft
Debt ownership
Statutes of limitation
Bankruptcy
Judgments
Collections
Lawsuits

Review the third party’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, and cancellation rules before submitting information or enrolling.
13. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Some links may be affiliate or referral links.
Legacy Credit Lift may receive compensation when a visitor uses an affiliate link and enrolls in or purchases a third-party service.
Credit Hero Score is an optional third-party provider.
You are not required to use Credit Hero Score or another affiliate provider.
You may obtain an acceptable three-bureau credit report from another provider, and your choice will not affect the preparation of your Credit Blueprint as long as the report meets the stated requirements.
A third-party credit-monitoring or report provider may charge recurring fees under its own terms.
Legacy Credit Lift does not control those charges, billing cycles, trial terms, cancellations, refunds, or subscription policies.
The presence of an affiliate relationship does not guarantee that the third-party product is suitable for every person.
14. TESTIMONIALS AND SUCCESS STORIES
Testimonials, reviews, examples, case studies, and success stories describe individual experiences.
They do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same or similar results.
Outcomes may differ because of:
Starting credit profile
Number and type of accounts
Accuracy of reported information
Customer actions
Payment history
Debt levels
Credit utilization
Credit-bureau responses
Creditor responses
Length of service
Changes in financial circumstances
Scoring-model differences
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a testimonial does not represent the expected or typical result for every customer.
Any score or account change shown should be understood within the timeframe, report source, and circumstances described.
15. SAMPLE DOCUMENTS AND VISUAL PREVIEWS
Sample Credit Blueprint pages, report previews, graphics, account examples, and interface images are provided to demonstrate format and general subject matter.
They may use:
Sample information
Redacted information
Modified information
Hypothetical examples
Illustrative page layouts
A customer’s final document may differ in length, organization, recommendations, account count, and level of detail.
A visual preview does not promise that every displayed category or recommendation will apply to every customer.
16. ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES
Any timeframe stated on the website, during consultation, in an order confirmation, or in general communication is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guaranteed deadline in a separate written agreement.
Completion may be affected by:
Report quality
Missing information
Customer response time
Technical issues
Vendor interruptions
Additional quality-control review
Legal or compliance requirements
Circumstances outside reasonable control
Credit-report changes and third-party responses may take longer than expected.

This Disclaimer does not replace any separate written agreement or legally required disclosure.
21. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER
Legacy Credit Lift may update this Disclaimer when its services, vendors, website functionality, legal obligations, or business practices change.
