Legacy Credit Lift respects the privacy of its website visitors, prospective customers, and customers. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, the service providers that may process it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to legacycreditlift.com, the Legacy Credit Blueprint intake and checkout process, consultation scheduling, email communications, uploaded credit reports, and related services operated by Legacy Credit Lift.

By using the website or submitting information, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Legacy Credit Lift.

A. Contact and identity information

We may collect:

  • Legal name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • State of residence

  • Mailing or residential address when voluntarily provided

  • Names or name variations relevant to your credit report

  • Consultation and communication preferences

B. Credit Blueprint intake information

When you request a Credit Blueprint, we may collect:

  • Your primary credit goal

  • Target dates or upcoming application plans

  • Credit-report date and report provider

  • Optional budget information

  • Optional information about your willingness to contact creditors or collectors

  • Identity-theft or fraud concerns

  • Accounts, names, addresses, employers, or other report information you do not recognize

  • Required acknowledgments, authorizations, and consent records

Optional planning information is not required unless the form clearly identifies it as required.

C. Uploaded credit reports and sensitive financial information

A three-bureau credit report may contain highly sensitive information, including:

  • Date of birth

  • Current and former addresses

  • Partial or full Social Security number information

  • Employer information

  • Creditor and collector names

  • Partial account numbers or other account identifiers

  • Account balances and credit limits

  • Payment history

  • Late payments

  • Collections

  • Charge-offs

  • Public records

  • Credit inquiries

  • Other financial and credit-history information

Legacy Credit Lift uses an uploaded credit report only to validate the report, prepare the requested analysis, perform quality control, communicate with the customer, and maintain necessary transaction records.

Do not upload passwords, payment-card images, government identification documents, or unrelated sensitive documents unless Legacy Credit Lift specifically requests them through an approved secure method.

D. Payment and transaction information

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Stripe may collect:

  • Cardholder name

  • Billing information

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Payment-card information

  • Transaction and fraud-prevention information

Legacy Credit Lift does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

Legacy Credit Lift may receive limited transaction information such as:

  • Customer name

  • Email address

  • Payment status

  • Amount charged

  • Discount or promotion-code use

  • Stripe transaction identifier

  • Refund or dispute status

E. Consultation and communication information

When you schedule a consultation or contact Legacy Credit Lift, we may collect:

  • Scheduling details

  • Appointment date and time

  • Information entered into a consultation form

  • Email or text-message correspondence

  • Notes from calls or consultations

  • Customer-service and support history

F. Website and device information

The website and its service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • Legacy Credit Lift may receive referral, enrollment, or commission-related information

  • Legacy Credit Lift may receive compensation if you enroll

You are not required to use an affiliate provider, and your choice of report provider will not affect the preparation of your Credit Blueprint.

2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We may collect information:

  • Directly from you through forms, uploads, email, text, telephone, consultations, and checkout

  • From a person who refers or introduces you to Legacy Credit Lift

  • Automatically through the website, browser, cookies, embedded tools, and hosting services

  • From payment, scheduling, form, email, and storage service providers

  • From records you voluntarily authorize or submit

We do not obtain your credit report from a credit bureau without an appropriate authorization or other lawful basis.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries

  • Schedule consultations

  • Determine whether a submitted report is complete and current

  • Prepare and quality-check a Credit Blueprint

  • Personalize recommendations around a stated credit goal

  • Process checkout and payment

  • Send order confirmations and service communications

  • Request missing or corrected information

  • Deliver completed documents

  • Maintain customer-service and transaction records

  • Prevent fraud, misuse, duplicate orders, and security incidents

  • Improve the clarity, accuracy, and operation of our services

  • Maintain internal quality-control records

  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of customers and Legacy Credit Lift

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, and law-enforcement obligations

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We may use de-identified or aggregated information for internal analysis, process improvement, and quality control when the information no longer reasonably identifies a particular individual.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Legacy Credit Lift may disclose information to service providers that assist in operating the website and delivering requested services.

These providers may include:

A. Framer

Framer hosts and operates the Legacy Credit Lift website and may process technical website and device information.

B. Fillout

Fillout provides the Credit Blueprint intake form, acknowledgments, file upload, workflow, and embedded-form functionality.

Information submitted through Fillout may be processed and stored on Fillout’s systems. Uploaded files may remain stored through Fillout’s infrastructure even when a copy is transferred to Google Drive.

C. Google Workspace and Google Drive

Google Workspace, Gmail, and Google Drive may be used for:

  • Restricted document storage

  • Customer-specific folders

  • Internal review

  • Email communication

  • Quality control

  • Delivery preparation

Access to customer reports and working files is intended to be limited to authorized persons who need the information to provide the requested service.

D. Stripe

Stripe processes payments, discounts, receipts, fraud screening, payment disputes, and related transaction information.

E. Calendly

Calendly may process scheduling information when you book a consultation.

F. Credit Hero Score and other report providers

When you voluntarily follow an external report-provider link, that provider collects and processes information under its own privacy policy and terms.

G. Professional and operational service providers

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Attorneys

  • Accountants

  • Compliance professionals

  • Information-technology providers

  • Security providers

  • Insurance providers

  • Contractors performing authorized services

These parties should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.

H. Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with a subpoena, court order, law, or government request

  • Investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity

  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Legacy Credit Lift, its customers, or others

  • Enforce agreements and policies

  • Respond to a payment dispute or legal claim

I. Business transfers

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. WE DO NOT SELL CREDIT-REPORT INFORMATION

Legacy Credit Lift does not sell uploaded credit reports or the personal information contained in them.

Legacy Credit Lift does not provide uploaded credit reports to advertisers.

Legacy Credit Lift does not use uploaded credit-report information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information to service providers only as described in this policy or when otherwise authorized or legally required.

6. DATA SECURITY

Legacy Credit Lift uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

These measures may include:

  • HTTPS and encrypted transmission for supported website and form interactions

  • Encryption provided by applicable service providers

  • Restricted Google Drive folders

  • Account access controls

  • Strong passwords

  • Multi-factor authentication where available

  • Limited access based on operational need

  • Secure payment processing through Stripe

  • Avoiding the transmission of credit reports through ordinary email unless necessary and specifically authorized

  • Periodic deletion of sensitive source documents

Fillout states that data transmitted between a respondent and its systems is encrypted using HTTPS or TLS and that stored submission data is encrypted at rest.

No website, storage system, email platform, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information at your own risk, and you should contact Legacy Credit Lift immediately if you believe your information has been improperly accessed.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Legacy Credit Lift limits retention based on the sensitivity of the information and the reason it was collected.

A. Uploaded source credit reports

A source credit-report PDF may be retained while the report is validated, analyzed, quality checked, and delivered.

Unless continued retention is reasonably necessary, the source report is scheduled for deletion from active Legacy Credit Lift Google Drive storage approximately 90 days after delivery of the completed Credit Blueprint.

B. Fillout upload copy

After successful transfer to the restricted Google Drive location, completion of quality control, and delivery of the Credit Blueprint, Legacy Credit Lift generally aims to remove the uploaded source-report copy from Fillout within seven days after delivery.

Fillout or its infrastructure providers may retain limited copies, logs, backups, or technical records according to their own retention and backup procedures.

C. Completed Blueprint and transaction records

Legacy Credit Lift may retain the following for approximately 24 months:

  • Final Credit Blueprint

  • Order information

  • Consent and acknowledgment records

  • Customer communications

  • Delivery records

  • Payment and refund records

  • Quality-control documentation

These records may be retained to provide customer support, document the transaction, address disputes or chargebacks, demonstrate consent, maintain quality control, and comply with legal obligations.

D. Consultation and inquiry information

General inquiries, consultation records, and related communications may be retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably necessary.

E. Exceptions

Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law

  • Respond to a legal claim, complaint, investigation, audit, or payment dispute

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Enforce an agreement

  • Protect legal rights

  • Maintain records that cannot yet be lawfully deleted

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, Legacy Credit Lift will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

You may contact Legacy Credit Lift to request:

  • Access to personal information maintained about you

  • Correction of inaccurate information

  • Deletion of information that is no longer reasonably necessary

  • A copy of certain information you submitted

  • Information about the service providers used to process your information

  • Withdrawal from nonessential marketing communications

Legacy Credit Lift may request additional information to verify your identity before providing, changing, or deleting sensitive records.

A request may be denied or limited when retention is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, transaction documentation, dispute handling, security, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

Legacy Credit Lift will not discriminate against a person for making a good-faith privacy request.

9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY INFORMATION

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law.

Depending on which law applies and subject to applicable exceptions, these rights may include the ability to request:

  • Information about categories of personal information collected

  • Information about sources and purposes of collection

  • Information about categories of service providers or other recipients

  • Access to certain personal information

  • Correction of inaccurate information

  • Deletion of certain information

  • Non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights

Legacy Credit Lift does not sell personal information and does not share uploaded credit reports for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any privacy rights provided by applicable law.

10. COOKIES, TRACKING, AND DO NOT TRACK

The website and embedded service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for:

  • Website functionality

  • Form operation

  • Security

  • Fraud prevention

  • Session management

  • Analytics

  • Scheduling

  • Payment processing

  • Affiliate attribution

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may interfere with website, scheduling, form, affiliate, or checkout functionality.

Some browsers provide a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting all Do Not Track signals, the website does not currently respond to them in a uniform manner.

Legacy Credit Lift does not currently sell personal information or share uploaded credit reports for targeted advertising. If these practices materially change, this policy and any legally required privacy-choice mechanisms will be updated.

Third parties may collect technical or interaction information through their embedded services according to their own privacy policies.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The website may link to third-party websites, including:

  • Calendly

  • Credit Hero Score

  • Stripe-hosted services

  • Credit-report providers

  • Educational or governmental resources

Legacy Credit Lift does not control the privacy, security, content, pricing, cancellation practices, or data-handling practices of third-party websites.

Review the privacy policy and terms of a third party before submitting information.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Legacy Credit Lift’s services are intended for adults.

We do not knowingly collect credit reports or sensitive financial information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Do not submit a minor’s credit report or personal information through the website.

If Legacy Credit Lift learns that information from a minor was submitted without appropriate legal authority, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. EMAIL AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS

Legacy Credit Lift may send:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Intake confirmations

  • Order and payment confirmations

  • Requests for additional information

  • Service and delivery updates

  • Responses to inquiries

  • Other transaction-related communications

Transaction and service communications are necessary to complete a requested service.

You may opt out of promotional emails by using an unsubscribe method when provided or by contacting info@legacycreditlift.com.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent necessary order, security, or service messages.

14. POLICY CHANGES

Legacy Credit Lift may update this Privacy Policy when its services, vendors, legal obligations, or information practices change.

The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective or last-updated date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, or another appropriate method.
